Travel Documents

Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, lost luggage, etc.
Changes to Bookings
Agency Changes: We reserve the right to change or modify your itinerary or booking details due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., flight schedule changes, strikes, weather conditions). If significant changes occur, we will notify you promptly and provide alternative options where applicable.
Customer Changes: Any changes requested by the customer after booking may incur additional fees or charges, depending on the nature of the change.
Liability
Travel Suppliers: [Moments of lifetime journeys] acts as an intermediary between the customer and the service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, transportation services). We are not responsible for any delays, accidents, losses, or damages caused by third-party providers.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to events outside our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, war, or government regulations.
Responsibility: Customers are responsible for their behavior during their trip. Any illegal activity, damage to property, or violations of the law may result in the immediate termination of services and possible legal action.
Special Requests and Dietary Requirements
Special requests (e.g., dietary preferences, room type) will be forwarded to the service providers, but we cannot guarantee that they will be fulfilled. We recommend confirming any special requests directly with the service provider.
